How do I save something?
- Share: open content → share to COLLE → choose a category → save.
- Copy a link: copy the content link → open COLLE → confirm the preview and category → save. iOS may ask for paste permission.
Which apps work with COLLE?
Tested sharing: Instagram, Threads, Bilibili, YouTube, Reddit, Zhihu, Safari, App Store, WeChat articles and Dianping.
Tested copy-link entry: Rednote, Douyin and Weibo.
- In Threads, use the share button below the post.
- WeChat articles open in a browser.
- Dianping opens a webpage and may require login; return to the original content is unverified.
These results cover tested samples. Share options, covers and reopening may vary by content and app version. Other apps are untested; try copying a link.
COLLE is missing from the share menu
In the system share sheet's app row, tap More → Edit and add COLLE to Favorites. If the source app has no system share option, copy its link and open COLLE.
Why is a cover missing, or a link unavailable?
Some sources do not offer public previews or require login. COLLE saves links and available previews, not complete backups of posts or videos. Deleted, removed or restricted content may no longer open.
How do I move to a new iPhone?
Check that iCloud sync has completed in COLLE settings on your old phone. Then open COLLE on the new phone using the same Apple Account. Unsynced items remain only on the old device; do not delete the app before confirming sync.
Free and Pro
Save up to 50 items for free. Categories, search and iCloud sync are free. COLLE Pro is a one-time purchase for unlimited saves; the Apple purchase sheet shows your price. To restore Pro on another phone, select Restore purchases on the COLLE Pro screen using the Apple Account used for the purchase.
How do I delete items?
Delete an item from its detail screen, or use Select on the home screen to delete several. When sync is enabled, deletions also sync to other devices using the same iCloud account.
